For restaurants

Every table served. Even at peak hours.

A TableTap waiter call system puts a wireless button on every table and a display at the pass. Guests press once, the table number lights up and is announced, and the nearest waiter goes straight there.

What changes on day one

Restaurants usually feel the difference on their first busy service.

01

No more waving

Guests don’t have to catch someone’s eye or call across the room. The button does it quietly.

02

Faster table turns

Orders, refills and bills happen when guests are ready, not when a waiter happens to pass by.

03

More upsells

When dessert and another round are one tap away, guests order them instead of asking for the bill.

04

Fewer wasted steps

Staff stop roaming and guessing. They go where they’re needed and spend the rest of their time hosting.

05

No forgotten corners

Tables behind pillars, upstairs or outside get the same attention as the ones by the counter.

06

Better reviews

Slow service is one of the most common complaints in restaurant reviews. Fixing it shows up online.

A typical restaurant setup

  • One call button per table. Halo for a refined look, Dot for family and casual dining, or Pebble if you want guests to be able to cancel.
  • A Nexus display where staff gather: the pass, the bar or the service station. One display handles up to 300 buttons.
  • A second display for upstairs, a terrace or the kitchen, if your team is spread out.
  • Optional extras: your logo printed on the buttons and matching table-number stands.

We pair every button to its table number, test the signal across your floor and train your team before your first service. If you add tables later, we extend the system.

Common questions from restaurant owners

Will guests actually use it?

Yes. One clearly labelled button needs no explanation, and the confirmation light (on Halo) or the waiter’s quick arrival tells guests it worked. A small table stand explaining the button helps in the first weeks.

Does it work with our POS or Wi-Fi?

It doesn’t need either. The buttons talk directly to the display on 433.92 MHz radio, so it keeps working even if your internet or POS goes down.

How long does installation take?

The system arrives pre-paired, so a typical restaurant is up and running within a single visit, including setting your table numbers and training staff.
