Who we are

TableTap is a brand of Pine Craft Labs, based at 114/1E Athurugiriya Road, Malabe. We started TableTap because good restaurants kept losing guests to something simple: getting someone’s attention. Guests wave, wait and leave a review about it, while staff walk laps of the floor trying to spot who needs them.

A waiter call system fixes that with a button on each table and a display at the counter. We wanted to make that technology easy to buy and easy to live with in Sri Lanka, with a local team that sets it up properly and is a phone call away afterwards.

What we do

• Supply the TableTap range: the Nexus LED display receiver and the Halo, Dot and Pebble call buttons.
• Plan and install systems around each venue’s layout, from a ten-table café to a resort with several outlets.
• Train staff so the system is used well from the first service.
• Support every installation with a 12-month warranty, spare parts, batteries and expansion when the venue grows.
• Customise buttons with logo printing and matching table-number stands.

What we believe

• Simple beats clever. No apps, Wi-Fi or logins: a button guests understand instantly.
• Local support matters. When something needs fixing before a busy weekend, help should be nearby.
• Hospitality is about people. The goal isn’t fewer staff. It’s staff who spend their time hosting instead of searching.
