For cafés & bars

A small team, a full room.

In a café or bar, one or two people often cover the counter and the floor. A call button on each table means they only leave the counter when a guest actually needs them.

Made for counter service

Keep the coffee flowing and the tables happy, without hiring extra floor staff.

01

Stay at the machine

Baristas and bartenders see and hear each call on the Nexus, and step out only when a table is ready.

02

Second orders, made easy

Another flat white, a slice of cake, the bill: one tap brings someone over, so guests order more and stay longer.

03

Fits the décor

The Pebble in Oak wood grain suits wooden tables; the slim Halo barely shows.

A typical café setup

  • Buttons on every table, including outdoor seating. Most cafés need between 8 and 30.
  • One Nexus display on the counter or wall behind it, with the volume set for your room.
  • Auto-clear on or off: let each number clear itself after a few seconds, or keep it on screen until a staff member presses ENT.

There’s no app, Wi-Fi or subscription. The system arrives pre-paired, and we help you set table numbers and settings on day one.

Running a bar with loud music? Turn the voice up, set each call to repeat, and place the display where bartenders look most often. See the settings guide.
