Wireless call button

Halo

So flat it practically disappears into the table.

Halo is our slimmest waiter call button: 9 mm thin, with a warm bronze ring and a red light that confirms every press. One tap sends the table’s number straight to the Nexus display at the counter, where it lights up and is read out loud.

Underneath, a twist-off back opens like a TV remote to a single CR2032 coin cell, so a battery change takes seconds and needs no tools.

Why venues pick Halo

It suits tables where looks matter: fine dining, hotel restaurants, lounges and modern cafés.

01

Low-profile design

At 9 mm it sits almost flush with the tabletop, so it doesn’t clutter the setting or get knocked over.

02

Guests know it worked

The red light flashes on every press, so nobody presses five times or waves anyway.

03

Wipe-down tough

Fully waterproof, so spilt drinks and table cleaning are no problem, indoors or on a terrace.

Changing the Halo battery

  1. Turn the button over and twist the back ring anticlockwise (towards ↺ OPEN) until it unlocks.
  2. Lift the cover off and slide out the old CR2032 cell.
  3. Fit a new CR2032 the same way round as the old one, then put the cover back and twist clockwise to LOCK.
  4. Press the button. The red light confirms it’s working. It stays paired, so there’s nothing to re-set.

If the light is dim or doesn’t come on, the battery is low. We keep spare cells in stock. See support and setup for more help.
